What Am I❓ #20 – Kiwi

Check out the other What Am I games >>

This was an easy one, which may explain why I had 199 entries, with 197 correct answers. Whoosh. That certainly breaks a record. Kiwi is the correct answer and is one of my favorite fruits (expensive little delights). I like the Sungold kiwis, by the way, and not the green ones.

The drawing was a little tricky this time. I first clicked the Random.org button and #31 came up. This was “Laura,” but her email was a Canadian email address, so I could not send her the prize. So, next up was #161, Lindsey D. Congratulations, Lindsey!

But I want to let my international fans know they can enter these fun contests too! So I awarded Laura the opportunity to choose one audiobook from the Circle C Adventures series if she wants. I can send that digitally. So, this time there were two winners, quite by accident. Which sparked my imagination . . . perhaps I’ll use a digital prize (audiobook) sometime in the future and I can have maybe two, three, or even four winners!

PRIZE – Circle C Hat and Sticker Sheet

I'm the author of the Circle C and Goldtown Adventures series. I blog as "Andi Carter," the main character in the Circle C series. She lives on a huge cattle ranch in 1880s California. These are her adventures.

    1. I have one hat, and since there are usually well over 100+ entries and guesses, there is always one winner. The winner is chosen randomly from all of the correct guesses.

    1. I have no idea, Hope! So sorry. There are already 154 entries, and I would have to click each one to see if one says “Hope.” And that might be a different hope. So, go ahead and resubmit if you want and see if you get a response.
When I go through the answers, that is the time I look at each one, and if I see a duplicate email from “Hope,” I can delete it.

    1. What do you mean, “what is it”? That is what you are supposed to figure out and guess using the form. You will find out the answer on Thursday after Random.org picks the winner from among the correct guesses. 👀

  1. Thank you so so much Mrs. M for doing these each month!!! And while I like these a lot, I feel like since so many people are getting it right it would be a good idea to make them a little harder.

    1. I’m happy to do that but I can never think of anything…. So ideas are welcome. Send me ideas via the contact form. Otherwise, I’ll just have to keep doing what I’m doing. It’s a lot of work to try to find something…..

    1. Because it’s so hard for me to think them up. Maybe I will stop doing them on the blog and just do them with my newsletter subscribers, who absolutely love them and look forward to them every month.

    1. Well…. You do not have to enter them if you do not want to, and if you feel it is a waste of your time.
And if no one enters then any longer I will know that interest has waned and then I won’t offer them any longer. No problem!

  2. I agree, it isn’t fair how sooo many people are getting it right, but only one gets the prize. But thanks anyway Mrs. M. Your effort is appreciated

    1. Well…. If I was made out of money then everybody would get a prize, but I’m not, and guess what. You are right. It’s not fair. Who said it had to be fair? Great character building opportunity to show gratitude for trying to have fun games.

  3. I don’t know about everyone else, but i really appreciate these games, Mrs. M.! I never won a prize at a what am i contest, but i loving guessing and entering. People who think it’s too easy should try to find pictures themselves and see how hard it is – or they shouldn’t enter at all if they don’t think its fun. And of course we all understand you don’t have enough money for prizes for everyone! Thanks so much for putting these fun contests on!!

I really appreciate all the effort you put into these posts and the whole blog. Thank you so much! You are so kind and generous to your fans and they should be grateful. Thank you again for writing such wonderful books and making this blog for your fans!
