Fall 2023 Contest Winners

I’m excited to announce the winners of the Circle C fall 2023 contest. One from each age category. Note: This is a very busy week coming up, packing to go to CA. I will try to post the entries a few at a time. Since there were 50 (gasp!) entries for this little contest, it’s going to take me awhile. Thanks for your patience. For now, enjoy these fun stories!

They win their choice from each prize category to “fill” their prize box.

Because there were so many entries (50 in all!), the judge from each age group also chose two runners up. While the prizes go just to the winners, they wanted to give special recognition to other stories (although, as usual, they had a hard time narrowing things down).

  4. What terrific prizes! Almost wish I was a young writer. It was extremely difficult to judge the stories in my category for the outstanding writing! Everyone did a fantastic job. The winning story just stood out as very creative.

      1. No…i didn’t have any story ideas and then when i finally got one it was too late. I just hope that for the next writing contest, the prompts fit in with the story i have in mind. 😀
