Yes, it appears that all I do these days and give you foal updates, but it’s so fun when they are so little! Watch this 3-minute video to see Knightely (3 days old) and Trissy (2.5 weeks old). The vet came out the day after Knightley was born and pronounced him healthy, despite the fact that he is very small. Also, one of his back feet/hooves does not stand straight up but he rather walks on it, pressing down. The vet pointed this out and explained that his little foot/hoof had not matured, so he needs to be confined to a smaller paddock (which they put up) to keep him from running and straining and ruining this foot.
Enjoy! I’ll be out of town this week, but I hope to schedule something of interest this week.

Both Knightley and Trissy are getting so big!! They are so sweet and adorable!!

Just going to comment here that I personally love and look forward to every horse update, and I don’t find it bothersome at all.
Also, with his foot, will that be permanent, or will it strengthen and develop more as he gets older and no longer be an issue?

It should heal itself in about 3 weeks

That’s good that it will heal. It would be nasty for him to go all his life with a foot like that.
