Melinda! I bet you would not have thought that — in a pinch — Melinda Jane Carter could trade her dancing slippers in for a split skirt and a lasso. She’s not very good with the lasso, but she was there for her little sister when Andi fell into the draw, and she never left her side, even though she was tired, filthy-dirty, and scared half to death. Sometimes Melinda gets the short end of the character stick (what is she really like?). This is your chance to let us know . . . one alphabet letter at a time.

This is a game where commenting in order counts. Starting with A in the comments, each person lists the next letter of the alphabet and a word or phrase that describes the Circle C character featured in the post that begins with that letter. You may not choose just any letter. Please go in order of the alphabet.
If somebody uses the letter you wanted, well, okay, you can add another. I know this game sometimes goes fast. Just make sure you don’t skip around the alphabet but go in order. If somebody says “daring” for “D,” and you have a perfect “D” characteristic too, go ahead and comment with it (it’s okay to have a double letter, so long as it stays in order). But don’t jump to a new letter that is out of order.
Here is an example in review, since it’s been a very long time since we have played this game. You can use one word, two words, or an entire phrase or sentence. The example below is for Jesus Christ (Yeshua ha mashiach).
- A – adored by angels
- B – bought our salvation with His blood
- C – created the heavens and the earth
- D – deserving of all our devotion
- etc. all the way to Z!
Note: Once everyone goes through the alphabet in order, we can START OVER with “A” for those who missed the first round of fun. But you will have to read the first round before contributing because I don’t want to see a bunch of duplications. 🤩
Note: Please only comment one time per “round.” In other words, once we get to “Z” you can join in again for the second round.
If you have a character you would like me to highlight, include it in your Alphabet comment.
