How/when/why did the Carters get the ranch dogs?
What breed are they? Was this breed popular ‘back then’?

Hey! Make it up! Ranch dogs are ranch dogs. Usually mixed breed. Riley’s Tucker I can’t call a border collie because they were not a breed quite yet. So I call him a small collie. Lol
