Or . . . are you asking about the ENTRY links for the first four stories in each age category? I fixed the ones that went to the wrong place on the ages 13-17, but those are NOT the Runners’ Up. (The Runners’ Up are the ones you voted on.)

when you click on the first four entries to be put on the fan fiction page it all goes to “Susie’s birth.”

Yes, it’s still possible to buy Long Ride Home Expanded Edition on Lulu.com. I have just not been given permission by my publisher to put it up on Amazon, since this edition is pretty much the same book that they publish (but greatly expanded) and they do not want me to compete with the original version.
