I don’t want Jenny to look too “old,” but I like her dreamy expression in the first image. Which do you prefer? (Not that Kregel will use them anyway, but it’s fun to create just for fun!)
Or . . . does she look young enough in #1 and I should keep the daydreaming expression, since she gets in trouble for it on the last day of school? Thanks for your help, and my author friend thanks you too for all your feedback from yesterday’s post.
#1-dreamy but older-looking

#2 – more the right age, 12th bday.

#1 is my favorite!

I like #1. She still looks pretty young to me. 🙂

Yeah, I think she still looks young enough in number one!

#1 looks like shes daydreaming out the window. #2 looks like shes thinking or remembering a time.

I think both look good and she looks young in both pictures. But I noticed in #2 that her copybook is upside down (I don’t know if that was intentional?).

Well….. Not really…. But it’s like she shoved it aside. Lol

I like #1 the best! Because shes daydreaming and because in #2 she kinda looks like Andi! Thanks for all your books and posts!

I think #1 looks more like a daydreamer than #2. # 2 looks more like she’s smiling from something that might be taking place in the classroom.

I like # 1 dreamy expression best. I don’t think it makes her look that much older.

I think #1 is better. She doesn’t look too old, and I really like the dreamy look. I actually think she looks younger than 12 in #2.

I think #1 looks better. She looks more daydreamy, and, actually, I think she looks more like she is 10 than 12 in the second one.

Number 1 is better. She looks more like she’s daydreaming when she’s staring out the window.
