Under a Painted Sky: 2023 Contest Winners
Under a Painted Sky is the official title, scoring over twice as many votes as the second title, Chasing the Wind. Since about 100 people voted, the percent value also corresponds to the number of votes each title received. We were in no danger of a tie. Painted Sky is clearly the winner. I like it!
Now, it’s time to put this title with a cover that reflects the title. So many great cover images! I set aside the ones that did not go with a “painted” sky to offer another time. I had hoped to have five, but I ended up settling on these four. So, you will vote on the ONE cover you like best (they are in no particular order, and don’t worry about the “watermarks.” I will take them off the final photo I download).

You have FOUR days to cast your vote (voting ends Friday, September 23, at 5pm Pacific Time). The final cover with the high-res photo will be displayed on Saturday, September 24. Once I have the final cover, I can get to work on organizing the rules, prizes, and pages. Stay tuned (I might even put the Contest pages up before December so you can get started.)

No. Recommending a cover is just to help me so I don’t have to do it all and lets you guys have a part of the fun. 😉 Besides, I have no idea who recommended which one without spending too much time having to go back to comment links and figuring who sent what.
