Which Daydream Pose?

I don’t want Jenny to look too “old,” but I like her dreamy expression in the first image. Which do you prefer? (Not that Kregel will use them anyway, but it’s fun to create just for fun!)

Or . . . does she look young enough in #1 and I should keep the daydreaming expression, since she gets in trouble for it on the last day of school? Thanks for your help, and my author friend thanks you too for all your feedback from yesterday’s post.

#1-dreamy but older-looking

#2 – more the right age, 12th bday.

  1. I think both look good and she looks young in both pictures. But I noticed in #2 that her copybook is upside down (I don’t know if that was intentional?).

  2. I like #1 the best! Because shes daydreaming and because in #2 she kinda looks like Andi! Thanks for all your books and posts!

  3. I think #1 looks more like a daydreamer than #2. # 2 looks more like she’s smiling from something that might be taking place in the classroom.
