Shasta is almost two months old, and it’s time to meet the rest of his family and have a little playtime with the yearlings. He’s seen them, of course, on the other side of the paddock and just out of reach. He SO wants to run and play with others closer to his age. Mama Jewels is the most boring mare on the ranch (well, the only one too). She likes to stand around, while Shasta wants to run and play. Well, yesterday was the day that Kristel introduced Shasta to his sire, Rubicon, and to his half-brother, Knightley, and his full sister, Trissy (last year’s foal). And they have the best time! Enjoy!
