Sara Miller has a fun idea and I agreed to share it here on Andi’s blog. For any interested readers, here is her “extra, extra, read all about it” announcement.
“I would like to start an email writing group to share stories with each other, anything related to the Circle C or Goldtown. Feel free to join the bunch! Contact Mrs. Marlow with your email address and she will get it to me.” — Sara Miller
It’s actually a good idea. Interested writers could collaborate on stories and critique each other’s work in preparation for upcoming writing contests (the Spring Writing
Contest is in the works). Circle C contests allow up to two writers to partner to co-write a story. If you email me, I will assume you have received parent permission to share your email with Sara.

I will have to cheek this out.
Thank you

That is so cool! I will have to ask my parents about that. Also, I am so glad there is another contest coming up soon! When will it come out? Thanks!

So basically fellow writers can read and critique your story? Through email 😉

I think so but it seems like it’s an email loop to share stories and maybe talk about them or something?

Oh, that’s cool! I’ll check with my parents. (I know they’ll say “Yes”, but it’s good to check with them anyway.)
I already started something similar to that with some friends. It’s a girls-only writing club. We’re SUPPOSED to critique each other’s work…but we end up fangirling over who-knows-what instead lol!

Ooohh sounds like fun. What do you write about? (and what do you fangirl about?) Is it like, from a certain book series, or just your own creations? Sorry for all the questions; just rlly curious.

You’re fine, Lizzy!
We pretty much share our work. It can be anything from a school paper to an excerpt from a book a girl’s writing. And fangirling. We fangirl about Keeper of the Lost Cities, Wings of Fire, and The Guardian Herd. Those are the three most common anyway

It’s rlly funny tho. So when I saw that you said that you end up fangirling over books, I was like “I wonder if they fangirl over kotlc?” and it turned out that you did lol! 😂
