I hosted a Circle C Characters Scavenger Hunt awhile back, and I think everyone enjoyed it. Well, out of the blue, Allie Lynn asked if she could host a Scavenger Hunt that revolves around the Circle C horses. My only question was, “Why didn’t I think of that?” Thanks, guest blogger, Allie Lynn, for puttingContinue reading “Circle C Equine Scavenger Hunt”

Prize Ideas, Anyone?
You fans outdid yourselves with prompt ideas. I have nine (9) prompts ready to go. I SO want to share them with you, but I’ll hold back and wait until the contest launches (September 13). If I launch too early, it will still be summer. 😊 I know I mentioned we would vote on these,Continue reading “Prize Ideas, Anyone?”
Fall 2023 Writing Contest
The time is drawing nearer! I am hoping to launch the Fall “Seasonal” writing contest on September 8. However, a lot depends on what I come up with for the theme/topic/ideas. I would love ideas on what you would like the theme to be for this contest. Before you spill your ideas in the comments,Continue reading “Fall 2023 Writing Contest”
Birthday Giveaway Winner
Congratulations, Nora I. My judge, Ms. Donna, chose the following birthday gift idea as the winning entry, though she admitted (to me) it was very hard to choose. Nora’s entry came in at 47 words. Nicely done! Nora’s Birthday Gift for Andi “Happy 10th birthday Andi! I hope you like your gift!” I said.“Oh, it’sContinue reading “Birthday Giveaway Winner”

Under a Painted Sky is Up!
Finally! The 2023 contest book is up on Amazon. It took a couple of tries. I found a few typos after I originally uploaded the interior pages, so I immediately had to create an “update.” But it should be good now. The book is available in print ($6.99) and Kindle ($2.99) formats. That’s the goodContinue reading “Under a Painted Sky is Up!”
Fans Blog Scavenger Hunt
Yes, you read that right. Let’s explore and give the fans’ blogs a little love today. There are a few new blogs up, but I mixed everything up. Usually, new blogs are posted at the bottom of the page and added that way, but this time of year is “clean out the non-active blogs” week.Continue reading “Fans Blog Scavenger Hunt”
Circle C Contest Entries – Part Two
Welcome to the next batch of contest entries. I’ve decided to do five at a time instead of six, as six seems a lot to read at one posting. More than five have come in, so if you do not see your story listed here, do no worry. It will be in the next batch,Continue reading “Circle C Contest Entries – Part Two”
